The 4 Fundamental Elements That Guide How We Develop, Nurture, and Care for Your Child
Everything we do at St. Phillips Nursery is focused on giving your child a secure environment where they can grow, learn, and gain confidence. We take pride in providing activities that encourage your child's next steps, as well as their hobbies and innate curiosity.
Learning & Development
To ensure that we promote the best learning experience for your child and provide them with the best start to the next stages of their journey, we have our own in-house curriculum. We will endeavour to cater for all learning needs, and everyone will be made welcome in our preschool.
Diet & Nutrition
We provide fresh fruits/toast or cereal for our breakfast club (pre booking required), we offer snacks which are comprised of fruits/protein/dairy/carbohydrates around mid-morning gives your child enough nutritional balance needed to stay healthy and active. Those children staying for longer sessions bring in Packed Lunch (we promote healthy choices for lunch) in a cool bag with ice packs included. As a setting, we promote a sugar free diet for all children and healthier options wherever possible, swapping sweets for fruits/vegetables, cheese and natural ingredients.
Safety & Security
With us, your child is secure. We have double doors that are locked from inside. We collect the children at the front door in the morning and hand them over at the end of the day, again at the door minimising risk of strangers getting into the building. Parents visiting the setting or settling their child, stay indoors but have to sign in. We operate a Password system for children being collected by other friends and relatives (with prior notice)
Extra-Curricular Activities
We offer the children a wide range of activities, including baking, art, basic skills, dance, and more. So that they may express their joy to you at the end of the day, we want all our children to have the best experiences while they are with us. We will provide a fun, stimulating environment where children will learn through play and hands-on experience.
Morning session: 9 am– 1 pm Afternoon session: 9 am-3pm Breakfast Club: 8:20 am – 8:50am
