Ofsted
The inspection agency for children and students in England is called Ofsted. They offer unbiased information regarding the level of care and education.

Grant Funding Entitlement (Funded early learning for three- and four-year-olds)
For 38 weeks out of the year, some two-year-olds, as well as all three- and four-year-olds, are entitled to 15 hours of subsidised nursery education. Until they reach the compulsory school age, this is in effect (the term following their fifth birthday). Please on the Direct Gov link to learn more.
