Our Team

Our team of nursery professionals have been hand-picked because they truly love working with children and want to offer them the best start in life. They are all highly qualified and always promote the St. Phillips Nursery ethos. Our team at St. Phillip’s Nursery will always have your child’s well-being at the heart of everything that they do.

Our staff are encouraged to individually personalise everything they do for each child, enabling them to flourish in our nursery and prepare them for success when they enter school at age 5.

All our childcare staff have undergone DBS checks and are working toward or already possess UK-accredited credentials. All our staff hold a minimum of Level 3 CACHE Childcare Practice and above certificates. The safety and welfare of the children are of utmost importance, and we are aware first-hand that there can be no compromising on this. We also train the entire crew in paediatric first aid and safeguarding.
